Our mentorship workshop is tailored for researchers aspiring to guide and inspire young students in their budding research journeys. This unique workshop is meticulously crafted to equip mentors with the skills needed to foster a nurturing and productive mentor-student relationship. Our research program is designed for high school students who have completed the research workshop series and are eager to conduct independent hands-on research guided by an experienced mentor. The winter session runs from December to March and the summer session runs from June to August. Each session concludes with a research symposium, where students have the opportunity to share their research with the global community.

Each Seeds of Wisdom (SOW) Seminar offers students a unique and interactive opportunity to engage in small group conversations with scientists from diverse backgrounds and STEM specialties. This dynamic seminar series focuses on a range of topics crucial for students aspiring to pursue careers in STEM, such as exploring different STEM professions, understanding the diverse research journeys of scientists, and gaining insights into finding meaningful research opportunities.
